Our LG hotel telephone systems have been developed with both guests and hoteliers in mind to deliver features that support you in running your hotel.

The Hospitality platform brings together a rich set of telephony features with advanced hospitality specific applications. Telephony capabilities include a robust set of one-touch features such as transfer, hold, direct room dialing and virtual conference room facilities. The hospitality solution also provides features such as room check in / out, baby monitoring, room specific call billing and individual room Voicemail boxes. Hotel staff can also leave a message waiting signal on the guests telephone, notifying them to contact the Front Desk, or access their individual Voicemail box.

The range of handsets extends to 6 models; building from the cost effective, 4 button non-display, all the way to the fully featured 24 button large display. The 7000 Series handsets are a perfect marriage of form and functionality, delivering technology to your guests in a stylish yet simple to use format.

Computer Telephone Integration

Our hospitality telephone platform also allows for enhanced integration with your computer systems through the use of software packages such as CyReport Hospitality.

This allows features such as personalisation of the screen of in-room telephones, check in and out from the front desk with guests names and complete billing solutions. Each member of staff can then answer all calls with the guests name and have instant access to their stay history, preferences and annual spend. By combining the telephone platform with this type of software you can improve business intelligence levels, increase customer satisfaction and reduce inefficiencies within your working practices.

A 5 Star Solution

The AA and Northern Ireland tourist board have determined that a telephone in every room is a minimum requirement for a rating of 3 Stars or more. Our Hosprange from LG is ideal for those hotels that want to earn this rating because of low implementation costs and fast return on investment timescales.

By providing your guests with an in-room telephone you not only meet the criteria for a 3 star Hotel, you also have the opportunity to earn revenue for the calls they can make in their rooms. This is especially important in areas of poor mobile phone coverage.

 

Microcoms service

We can arrange a fact find meeting to identify your communications needs and propose a tailored system based on your requirements. All systems come with one year’s free maintenance.

On-site Maintenance Emergency response time is 4 hours, repaired within 8 hours. In line with our commitment to “quality care” our support team is manufacturer trained and stocks all major components in accordance with BSI (British Standards Institute) standards.

Standard on-site cover is from Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Other options are available at additional cost. All equipment carries a manufactures 12 month warranty.
