Missed Calls Mean Missed Business!

Voice provides you with your own personal assistant who knows you and your business, handling your business's calls as if they where based in your office. Your assistant is on hand to look after your calls whenever you choose. You can setup VOICE to answer all calls permanently or just whenever your busy or away.

Having your own VOICE assistant to support your business will save you money whilst giving you more time and flexibility. Your VOICE assistant will deal with every call professionally as if they were working in your office.

Your VOICE assistant is briefed by you on your business and you can control what your assistant says to callers. We can even record calls so that you can  monitor your assistants level of service. Its up to you when you want to use VOICE. You can set VOICE up to answer calls during lunch hours, when busy or all of the time.

Prices reflect on the volume of calls and start from £50 per month + £1 per call 


How does VOICE work ? 


There are 2 types of service VOICE can provide, Overflow service and Virtual Secretary.

Overflow service / Disaster recovery

Calls are diverted (using BT) to your VOICE personal assistant  if a call is not answered within 20 seconds, all lines are busy, or when you have switched the service on. Your VOICE assistant answers the phone in your company name and a database of all your staff including email addresses and mobile numbers will appear on your assistants screen. Depending on who the call is for, your assistant will transfer the call to the office or your mobile, or take a message.

In the event of a disaster or emergency (your telephone line is cut or your local exchange is faulty), we can divert all calls to your VOICE assistant. Disaster recovery is available ree for One Bill Customers or at £10/Month Subscription and £1/call.

 Lunchtime Cover

This operates between 12noon and 2pm, covering those awkward, but essential breaks when you can guarantee that an important call is likely to come through

 Holiday Cover

Helps you cope with the stresses of telephone answering when your receptionist is taking annual holiday, regardless of the size of your operation 

 Orderline Cover

Designed to work alongside and add value to your current operation, whether you regularly advertise your products and services for telephone responses or are considering trying it for the first time

 Overflow Protect

A telephone call is the most important tool in your business. We protect your business and ensure a world-class service is received for every incoming call

 Promotion Cover

Company promotions, advertising and marketing campaigns are too crucial and too expensive to leave telephone responses to chance. Let us answer your call within 3 rings

Your VOICE assistant answers the phone in your company name and a database of all your staff including email addresses and mobile numbers will appear on your assistants screen. Depending on who the call is for, your assistant will transfer the call to the office or your mobile, or take a message.

Most small businesses cannot afford a full-time secretary, so hiring a virtual secretary is a very affordable option. It is not the same as setting up a voice mailbox that fills up rather quickly if you get a lot of calls. Customers like hearing a voice on the phone and the virtual secretary helps create the illusion that you have an office. The start up cost of getting your business off the ground doesn’t have to include paying an hourly rate for a secretary. With a virtual secretary, you have everything you need to make your business venture a success.

Case Study - Automan Driving School

Automan have been using our V.O.I.C.E service for 6months.

Automan have one direct NTL line, which is set to divert automatically on all calls of our contact centre. Although he has only one line, this service allows for multiple calls to be diverted to V.O.I.C.E therefore negating the need for £200 per year per line. Our contact centre can handle up to 50 000 calls per month based on a 2 minute call. Our service level agreement states that 95% of all calls are answered within 8 seconds and we have never missed this target!

Calls to Automan are pointed in preference to Emma, this means the clients associate Emma with Automan - this gives stability of perception. When Emma is busy - calls are overflowed to Claira and Joanne. We also have 3 backup staff to back Emma, Joanne and Claira.

5% of all calls are recorded and sent via email to the Managing Director of Automan. This is done so that the Managing Director can monitor our team's progress and that he can add comments to ensure that we portray the right message.
